We are responsible for all personal data such as name, address, and date of birth that you provide to us or that we receive when you shop with us or subscribe to newsletters. The information is stored within the Butler-Loftet Retail group, hereinafter referred to as Butler-Loftet, which naturally assumes responsibility for these confidential data.

By providing your personal data to us, you confirm that we may use the collected information to fulfill our obligations to you and provide the service you expect. We may also need this information to contact you if issues arise in connection with the delivery of your goods.

What we promise

This policy concerning our processing of personal data (the “Data Protection Policy”) describes how BLR ApS collects and processes information about you. It also explains how you can exercise your rights.

BLR ApS (CVR: 25845846) is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you. All inquiries must be made using the contact details provided in section 11.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to BLR ApS.

This policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or GDPR).
