PAYMENT
Payment can be made using the following methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal. When paying by debit or credit card, the amount will be reserved in accordance with the terms of your card issuer until the payment is processed or declined. The amount will be charged at the time you place the order.
SECURE PAYMENT
Payments at Butler-Loftet are secure. Your payment details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This technology ensures a high level of security, preventing unauthorized access by third parties. Only the payment provider has access to this information. Neither the webshop nor any other parties have access to your payment details.We use Shopify Payments as payment gateways, both certified in accordance with PCI standards.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping to addresses in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and the Czech Republic. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
We ship with DHL Connect.

Free shipping on orders over €100
For orders under €100, shipping costs start from €7.99
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible on business days. During busy periods such as holidays and sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.
If a pickup point is full, your parcel will be delivered to a nearby location.

Pre-order
If one or more items in your order are pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock, even if other items are available immediately. Products are marked as pre-order on the product page. We, therefore, urge you to place a separate order for your pre-order item(s).
ORDERS
All prices include VAT. If you are looking for a specific item that is not listed on the webshop, you may contact us at support@butler-loftet.com. We may be able to order the item for you.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order receipt by email. This confirmation does not constitute a binding agreement. The purchase agreement is concluded only once you receive a final order confirmation from us.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without stating any reason. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you may choose to return one or more items. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday or weekend, it will be extended to the next business day.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene or cosmetic products once opened.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by using our Regretfunction "Regret purchase" in the footer or by clicking here.
You will be directly transferred to our returnportal where you can request a return using your order number and email address, or by sending an email to support@butler-loftet.com stating your order number.
You may also notify us by post.
If a parcel is not collected without prior notice of withdrawal, a fee of €10 will be charged for return handling.
The statutory model withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.
RETURNS AND RETURN COSTS

Returns sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Where reasonably possible, products must be returned in their original packaging and with labels attached. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If an item is returned in a condition other than its original condition or without labels, a depreciation fee may be applied. Products showing signs of use, such as makeup or perfume, may be refused.
COMPLAINTS – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
The statutory warranty applies if a product is defective. A defect may include manufacturing faults or incorrect product information. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse are not covered.
You may file a complaint within 2 years of delivery by contacting support@butler-loftet.com.
We aim to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe through repair, replacement, or refund.
In the case of transport damage, please inform us as soon as possible and retain the packaging as proof.
