Shipping and delivery in Europe
On business days, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours after it has been placed. If you place your order before 8:00 AM on a business day, we strive to ship it the same day. All orders are shipped with DHL Connect.At checkout, you can choose how you would like your parcel to be delivered. The price depends on the delivery method you select. All shipments are sent as insured parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace number by email, allowing you to follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
If the parcel shop or locker you selected is full, your parcel will be delivered to a nearby parcel shop or locker instead.
Please note that longer delivery times may occur during public holidays and sale periods.
Free shipping in Europe on orders over 100 EUR
For orders of at least 100 EUR, we offer free delivery to DHL Connect parcel shops.For orders below this amount, delivery to a DHL Connect parcel shop costs 7.99 EUR.
The price is the same regardless of the size and weight of the parcel.
When delivering to a parcel shop via DHL Connect, your parcel will be delivered to the selected location. You will receive an email and possibly a text message when your parcel is ready for collection. Please remember to bring valid photo ID and the parcel number provided by DHL Connect.
Your parcel will be held at the parcel shop for 5 days. After this period, it will be returned to Butler-Loftet and the order will be cancelled with a fee of 10 EUR.
We aim to deliver your order within 2–4 business days.
